Home Warranty

When investing in a new home, BDM gives you security and comfort by using a home warranty.  Your new home warranty will protect and give you enjoyment with the knowledge that you are purchasing a quality product. The one, two and ten year warranty is a complete warranty coverage that covers specific items up to specific time limits. Our one, two and ten year warranty package coverage is our pledge to you of BDM’s commitment to the company’s QUALITY product.

Up to one year, BDM will warranty new homes that are free from defects caused by faulty workmanship and defective materials due to non-compliance with building standards.

BDM will warranty new homes for up to two years from defects caused by faulty installation of plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems.

Within the ten-year warranty period, BDM will warranty that the home shall be free from major construction defects.

BDM’s one, two and ten year home warranty starts the day the first homeowner takes legal title of the new home, giving the client peace of mind from the beginning.
